The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist and Analyst manages the integration and delivery of content across our primary global sales technology platforms and synthesizes metrics and analytics to determine the effectiveness of these platforms and tools in delivering sales results. This individual also works closely with sales and our partners to resolve sales technology issues and questions, provides sales technology training, helps sellers navigate or find information and resources, and can act as a consultant to accelerate results for programs and initiatives.



The Sales Experience and Technology team works collaboratively with Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to streamline and optimize the accessibility and effectiveness of sales knowledge, resources, and training while delivering an exceptional experience across our Global Sales RIM Organization (GRO).



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage, configure, and support Sales Enablement platforms, by managing user accounts, content libraries, and system settings.


  • Support the integration of Sales Enablement Technology tools into other platforms such as SFDC to increase sales effectiveness.


  • Maintain governance of site and content through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies.


  • Work with Content Owners to build custom pages, as necessary, and to configure their content for optimal usability by sales.


  • Troubleshoot system issues as they arise by working with others in Sales Enablement Technology, IT, Product Marketing, and outside vendors.


  • Support Sales Enablement and Sales Excellence with system reports and analysis developed in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Directors, Sales Enablement teams, Product Marketers).


  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure our Sales Enablement Technology capabilities continue to align to their business requirements.


  • Work with the Global Sales Enablement team to provide knowledge and expertise for developing new governance guidelines and overall site efficiency when expanding our platforms into other countries and regions.


  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure optimal effectiveness of Sales Enablement platforms and tools.


  • Manage ad hoc inquiries and respond to user questions/requests and work with others for timely resolution. Examples may include resolving sales technology issues and questions, finding or navigating to information and resources.


  • Manage intake tickets from stakeholders and attend regular meetings to review projects, feedback, and status




Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:




  • Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration with diverse staff members at all levels. Including experience of working with content stakeholders (i.e., Product Marketers, Sales trainers, Sales Operations teams).


  • Strong aptitude for collaborating and building relationships, conflict resolution, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems.


  • Confidence to navigate a large matrix of products and services and organizational teams.


  • Experience in managing user access and library permissions for a content management / technology platform such as SAVO/Seismic, SFDC, SAP or similar. Seismic experience preferred.


  • Experience with creating and generating reports and analytics to determine system use and adoption. Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Python programming or similar languages and with SQL databases is desirable.


  • Must have excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail


  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced fluid environment on a fully remote basis


  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise direction


  • Desirable to have experience of developing / managing content repository systems


  • Must be able to demonstrate high proficiency in the use of software packages, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Data Studio) highly desirable.


  • Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in web-based user interface design and HTML coding.


  • Strong English language skills, with other languages desirable (French, German, Spanish).
