This role works in an agile environment bridging the gap between business partners and our cross functional development teams. Its primary focus is to develop and document business requirements and artifacts for key web and mobile initiatives.
TEAM SPECIFIC SKILLS:
TEAM SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Healthcare delivery industry experience: familiarity with Epic electronic health record systems and Cadence systems is a plus
- Experience working in the Atlassian Software Suite: Jira, Confluence
- Business analyst techniques: Business process modelling, flow diagrams, user stories etc.
- Systems thinking
- Confidence and comfort when engaging with business partners and leaders at all levels of the organization
- Enjoys an extremely fast work environment
