Our company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to help with routine office tasks. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be taking on many different roles, so good communication skills are essential. You will be tracking project progress, managing company schedules and even serve as a communication facilitator between the company and its customers. You should have excellent organizational skills, since you will be required to take on multiple roles. We want to see impeccable attention to detail and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Take detailed messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls .
- Oversee the maintenance of daily schedules and calendars.
- Schedule meetings, reminders and appointments.
- Organize material so that it can be accessed quickly and easily as required.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/delivers.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Keep updated records of office expenses, assets, credit and debt.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filling forms, filing, transcribing, and faxing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
