We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Professional services team where you will take on a proactive leadership role collaborating with internal teams to tackle and solve complex application-related issues.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the performance of applications and database while identifying bottlenecks and finding solutions
- Managing end to end operations and creating ad hoc reports/queries
- Create reports based on the needs to support operations of clients
- Deliver exceptional customer support
- Plan and execute workflow submissions for management, monitoring, and implementation
- Partner and collaborate with Product Support Engineers and development teams for troubleshooting and solutions
- Java
- SQL
- Rest
- Linux
- Apache Tomcat
- Strong Communication Skills
- 6+ years of in supporting commercial off the shelf enterprise products
