West Monroe ICT (Information & Collaboration Technology, an internal team not on the consulting line) is looking for a Business Analyst with a technical lens to join our Integration & Automation (I&A) Team. The I&A Team seeks to automate processes, integrate systems, and enable future growth using an API-based approach.
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and delivery team to define requirements and possible solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent organizational skills
- Capable of creating diagrams and visualizations to help simplify and explain complex concepts
- Help with intake and prioritization processes for the I&A Team
- Prior experience with data/system integrations
- Familiarity with APIs as a concept
- Ability to work with a team in an Agile setting (currently Scrum)
- Passionate about making things
- Mulesoft experience is nice to have but not required
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least two years' experience as a developer or analyst
- Basic knowledge of programming skills that relate to code development
- Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team and with business stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ability to perform tasks independently
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
