**Required** Experience for Remote Commercial Solar Sales Consultant :
  • Required: 2+ years of commercial/utility sales and commercial/utilty business development experience (preferred solar tracker, solar panel, PV racking, ESS, or other related solar energy industries)
  • Required: Computer Assisted Design (CAD) experience and experience with solar design/output modeling software
We are seeking a full-time Remote Commercial Solar Sales Consultant. Our client is a supplier of tracking and racking solutions for residential, commercial, and utility scale projects, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Remote Commercial Solar Sales Consultantto support our increased sales. The company has deployed 1.4GW of solar racking solutions worldwide to date and is the largest supplier of dual axis trackers on the planet.

We are seeking a creative Remote Commercial Solar Sales Consultant who can develop business strategies to maximize sales potential with some of the largest residential, commercial and utility solar companies in the US.

This role is responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies, for each segment of business which may include:

- Establishing distributor-based sales model for sale of residential dual axis trackers throughout the US.

- Supporting high growth area of commercial sales of Single and Dual axis trackers and Solar carports to commercial solar EPC companies.

- Qualify our products with the largest utility scale solar developers in the world.

Salary Range: $90-$100k + uncapped commission

Remote Commercial Solar Business Sales Consultant Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Technical sales of all products
  • Develop business strategies to maximize sales of solar trackers and solar carports (residential, commercial, and utility scale projects).
  • Meet financial goals by developing successful sales plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for products
  • Build customer relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional, and government customers
  • Manage complete sales cycle (project design, sales terms and timing, fabrication, logistics, etc.)
  • Manage sales/system processes ensuring a solid hand-off to respective team
  • Recruit, train, and manage a multi-market sales/support team for residential market.
**Required** Experience for Remote Commercial Solar Sales Consultant :
  • Required: 2+ years of sales and business development experience (preferred solar tracker, solar panel, PV racking, ESS, or other related solar energy industries)
  • Required: Computer Assisted Design (CAD) experience and experience with solar design/output modeling software
  • Ability and experience with working within a sales team environment
  • Market knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to travel as necessary within assigned territory
  • Self-Managing skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field is preferred
