Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, technical-oriented, customer-friendly individual. As a Technical Customer Service Rep, your role would include preparing quotes, reviewing and accepting purchase orders, reviewing customer specifications & non-disclosure agreements, and working with team members from Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to address customer concerns. The individual in this position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Strong customer relations skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to enter data and use databases, customer portals, email, MS Windows, and office equipment
