The Senior Clinical Research Associate plays an integral role in the planning and execution of clinical trials in addition to the management of clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, FDA, ICH, and other applicable regulations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Independently train, manage, and monitor external clinical sites participating in studies, from site identification through study close out. Identify and suggest solutions to resolve problems or issues which could affect the integrity of the data or timely completion of the clinical study. Assist in study planning and preparation including but not limited to timelines, study plans, budgets, clinical templates (I.e. ICFs.), etc. Support clinical lead with study tracking and key performance indicators to ensure deliverables are met on time. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of related work experience Experience managing clinical study sites and monitoring clinical study data It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Knowledge of vitro diagnostic (IVD) product development in molecular diagnostics or immunodiagnostics especially in the areas of oncology and/or infectious disease. Good understanding of medical terminology, human physiology, and laboratory testing. Experience with laboratory automation and biological databases. The salary range $82,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
