Job Details
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial statements and year end records
- Create and process monthly journal entries
- Review payment approval in OA system
- Provide support to the overall accounting team for financial information review
- Maintain accurate process and procedures for all reports and tasks
- Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned area of responsibility
- Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
- Assist with annual external audits and tax filings
- Coordinate and resolve various issues with banks, managers, customers, and vendors
Qualifications
- Accounting degree and at least 7+ years' experience
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function as a team player
