Job Description
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle Architect will manage revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to client and Oracle Cerner project teams. You will also represent leadership expectations for testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness and post-conversion responsibilities to Oracle Cerner and client stakeholders. Other responsibilities include managing project escalations tracking, status and client expectations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership along with leading clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues. You would also work closely with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting prior to conversion and participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
Expectations
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
