Job Description
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract position in the Portland, OR. only. The incumbent will take Incoming calls from referring providers and patients asking for clarification on how to get their home equipment. Pay rate: $19 - $23 hourly depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, highly visible healthcare organization that offers an excellent opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
· Taking inbound calls focused on Durable Medical Equipment
· Documenting calls and updating system as needed
· Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns
· Resolving customer issues
· Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
· High School graduate or GED
· Strong in multitasking
· Can type and listen at the same time
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Adaptable to learning
