- Provide high-quality solutions by testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs and enhancements.
- Developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programmingAnalyze, code, test and document programs and enhancementsProvide program and system level estimatesConduct code walkthroughs to assure quality of programs developed by other associates.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of Java development experience along with strong analysis and trouble-shooting skills Open System development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST, JSON, Junit, Thymeleaf, Javascript, HTML, and XML are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms.
- Ability to design, develop, test, document and implement quality software within targeted time frames.
