Position Title – Call Center / Customer Service 1
Address – Tempe, AZ 85281
Pay -- $19
Hours – Shifts are assigned during the 4 week training class, shifts start between 6am and 11:30am, every one normally gets 1 of the 3 shifts they pick from
Contract Type – Contract
Vaccine Requirement – vaccine required
*This will be a remote work at home but in office when needed (twice a month after training). Training will be in office for the first 4 weeks.
Position Purpose:
The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
