- Manage all client billings and collections in the Accounts Receivable module of WinTeam.
- Administer the Accounts Payable function for all non-payroll disbursements in WinTeam.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Ledger in WinTeam.
- Prepare, verify and enter recurring General Ledger Entries on a monthly basis for
- Manages the Payroll Process
- Assist the CFO with
- Monthly ledger reconciliation and closing.
- Annual financial audit process including schedule preparation.
- Annual income tax preparation process.
- Maintaining the DPC Master Financial Schedules, an excel based workbook containing accounting and budget data needed for monthly financial reporting.
- Work with WinTeam Administrator to maintain integrity of the system and document processes and procedures related to the use of WinTeam.
- Such other duties as may be assigned by the CFO or CEO.
- Experience with managing an integrated Enterprise Resource Programs similar to WinTeam including Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE or comparable products. Have to understand how modules integrate and how to maintain the WinTeam system which is a proprietary software program for service industry.

- Ability to manage large amount of data, maintain well-organized record files, and ability to develop and enforce rule sets for managing data
- Detail Focused with Ability to Build Checks and Balances for Control of Data

- Customer/Client Service Focus with both Internal and External Customers
- Ability to learn, modify and change Processes and Procedures to adapt to changing operational and regulatory needs
- Ability to learn pertinent section of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as such impact the administration of contracts.
- This is a Full-Time position providing support to clients in other time zones. The Controller is expected to be available from at least 8 am EST to 5 pm EST for client service. The position does provide for flexibility in scheduling other hours as workloads demand.
- The position may require availability on nights, weekends and holidays for projects.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or extensive work history at the Accounting Manager or Controller level.
- Conversant in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the application of accounting practices, policies and controls in the Controller role.
- Past experience in performance of the payables, receivables and payroll functions at a medium to larger sized business. Preferably three (3) or more years with at least one year at the supervisory level.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language in a professional clear and concise manner.
- Experience with accounting packages similar WinTeam including Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE or comparable products. QuickBooks experience is not sufficient.
