Scheduler (Remote)
The (Remote) Scheduler will be responsible for designing, creating, analyzing, building, and distributing reports based on data collected to provide information regarding project performance and compliance.
To prepare you for this endeavor, TDB will provide you the tools and resources to provide our client(s) with the highest level of service, support, and professionalism.
This schedule is as follows:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay and Benefits:
Base rate $45,000 – $49,500 annually ($21.63 per hour – $23.79 per hour) – commensurate on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule interrogatory and testimony requests received from our client(s), as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Manage assigned interrogatory and testimony requests from start to finish, ensure Medical Expert (ME) received all medical documents, is prepared for hearing and completed the hearing/interrogatory.
Upload CVs into client’s electronic records system, 30 days before scheduled testimony and immediately for interrogatories.
Verify electronic records system access has been granted for assigned cases with ME; if access is unavailable escalate the case to the Scheduling Manager
Confirm completing of testimonies and interrogatories with documentation.
Communicate professionally and accurate email when scheduling with MEs, including:
Initial request
Confirmation of assignment
Follow ups
Confirmation of completion
Communicate with leadership regarding issues and changes with scheduling or pending requests.
Provide regular updates for scheduled cases when requested.
Update CRM in real time with all required case data, including:
Associating case with correct ME profile
Status of case – completed, cancelled, postponed.
Supporting email documentation – schedule request, confirmation, reminders and confirmation of completion
Monitor the Medical Expert(s) Scheduling Mailbox for any incoming emails and respond when necessary
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
Associates degree (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of related experience.
Experience with scheduling, preferably in a healthcare environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to communicate to multiple levels of management as well as interface with customers/clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure task completion on a timely basis
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to work both as a team member as well as an individual contributor
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Access
