Job Title: Jr. Business Analyst

Duration: 7 Month Contract With A Possible Extension
Work Status: United States Citizen
Work Hours: Candidate must be available for shifts between the hours of 6am ET - 8pm ET as the team covers business users nationwide.
Pay Rate: $49.00 Per Hour
Job Details: The primary role will consist of working with the business to gather data and be self-motivated enough to find answers, document information and work with senior analysts to propose recommendations. The qualified candidate for this position will have solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to learn and grow within the discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare templated documents and gather data from various business users
- Compile data from various districts and compose analysis
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Ability to elicit information from business users at various levels
- Utilize problem solving skills to identify and document process gaps
- Demonstrate initiative, engagement and a commitment to quality and customer service
- Collaborate with senior analysts on findings
- Document and maintain business process information
- Manage relationships with business users across the organization
- Assist in development of workflows to increase user experience/process improvements
- Coordinate sessions to gather business requirements and workshop efforts
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of assignments
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office programs.
- Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
- Showcase good written and oral communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
