About the role:



Skydio is seeking an experienced professional to ensure the go-to-market organization is fully enabled for success.



As the GTM Success Manager, you have the drive to deeply understand the sales and CS organizations, and what they need from Marketing to successfully gain and grow customers. To thrive in this role, you'll need a deep technical knowledge of Skydio products and the markets it serves, and the ability to pair that with an understanding of how to best equip our GTM teams. You'll need a relentless drive to help Skydio take our content to the next-level, and an eye for detail. Your long-term success will depend on your ability to work closely with Skydio's internal teams, and most importantly, you'll need to be okay with taking ownership of big objectives with big goals, working autonomously, and maintaining a bias for action.




How you'll make an impact:



  • Support Skydio Sales, Customer Success and Regulatory teams with the materials they need to successfully win, serve and grow customers.

  • Tightly align with GTM leaders to maintain a prioritized list of needs that remove friction from the customer sales and engagement process.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other members of Marketing to ensure content materials are executed and adequately serve the needs of the GTM organization.

  • Deeply understand Skydio products, value proposition and segments we serve.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to help create demo environments that allow the GTM team to showcase our value promise.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure Marketing materials are delivered within core sales processes and systems.

  • Identify opportunities where messaging, content and overall enablement can accelerate sales and customer success. For example, understand where sales cycles slow down and the reasons why to propose a solution.

What makes you a good fit:



  • 4+ years experience in sales enablement, marketing content development, marketing program management, or a related area in a B2B technology company

  • Experience creating and delivering effective enablement programs for GTM teams

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills

  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making

  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement software and tools (e.g. sales collateral management, presentation software, learning management systems)

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation, and process facilitation skills with the ability to present views in a compelling manner

  • Highly-collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment


Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $124,950 - 158,025*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
