Advanced Practice Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Advanced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and provide ongoing care and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and coordinate care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on current healthcare trends, research, and best practices through ongoing professional development and continuing education
Requirements
- Valid license as a registered nurse and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
