Job Description
Support Automation Program Manager with managing project automation schedule, budget, tracking risks, issues, changes and with a variety of communications related activities.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage project automation schedule
Integrate vendor and system integrator schedules into project automation schedule
Support integration of automation schedule into the overall project schedule
Regularly review critical path, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints, and milestones
Analyze schedule and cost variances using earned value management methods
Track changes to project automation budget and cumulative costs
Prepare cash flows, trends, and cost forecasts
Support preparation of cost estimates for project gate reviews
Support preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders
Administration of centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboard
Support project wide communications
Administration of project automation integrated change control
Maintain project automation centralized risk registry
Support organization and delivery of training modules and events
Upkeep of resource onboarding and deboarding check lists and project contacts list
