Job Description
- Plan, organize and facilitate business analysis activities such as requirements elicitation, process definition, systems mapping, and functional test planning.
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders on business expectations and constraints.
- Actively participate in testing phases throughout the project and support phases.
- Gather, analyze, document, review and communicate requirements across stakeholder groups.
- Co-ordinate and support software releases and post-deployment validations with both the business and internal/external technical teams
- Work with external consultants, internal and external developers throughout the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Management or Business Administration or any related discipline
- Ability to complete a detailed business case for incoming project/initiatives requests that include cost/benefit analysis
- Ability to prototype and/or process map at the requirements stage to firm up and validate requirements
- Experience gathering business requirements, business process re-engineering, process mapping and application testing
