Technical & functional solution architect

GENERAL MISSION

Contribute to Global MRS solution specification

Define & validate the Global functional & technical Architecture of MRS solutions

Support the Qualification process (from the test plan definition lead by QA up to the final approval in synchronization with the Program Manager)

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Write or consolidate "high level" solution specification in synch with the Program Manager


• Define the overall architecture of the Solution (interface between components & back-office processes). Get it approved by all parties involved.


• Collaborate with R&D architects to understand the architecture within each components (as defined by R&Ds)


• Ensure consistency between the different solution architectures of the MRS business line


• Monitors the technical "end to end" performance during R&D integration in support of the Program Managers


• Identify "End-to-End test cases" to be processed part of the qualification


• Support Program managers through Qualification interfacing with the QA MRS representatives


• Promote continuous architecture improvement taking benefit of new technology trend


• Evaluate competition architecture PRO & CONS


• Analyze & work with R&D on any field issues related to the architecture of the solution

MAIN INTERFACES & LOCATION

The MRS Solution architect reports to the MRS Solution architect manager

The position could be based either in Bagneux (FRANCE) or in Milford (USA - CONNECTICUT)

He/She interfaces directly with Program Managers, R&D architects & MRS Qualification representatives

COMPETENCES REQUISES

Technical MRS expertize

(R&D background in Meters or similar devices, shipping & inbound tracking application)

International MS experience

MS Neopost/Quadient Support Processes

French language

Fluent English

Post office regulation experience

Team spirit oriented, Passionate, Committed, Good communication
