Job Description
Functions as the Manager of Administrative Operations for Highland Family Medicine. Position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations. Oversees Practice Manager, Facility Supervisor, Lead Administrative Assistant and Data Coordinator positions. Develops, maintains, and ensures staff adherence to HFM policies and procedures. Participates in operational and system modifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, eRecord meaningful use requirements, and assists with HFM transition to ICD-10.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant operational and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required. Minimum of 3 years experience in a residency training program preferred. Two years of patient scheduling required. Three years of physician and/or employee scheduling experience required. Demonstrated success with performance improvement and customer services in prior positions, verified via resume, employment application, and/or reference letters or reference
E-Time and HRMS proficiency is required.
Flowcast, Analyzer and e-Record experience required. Proven employment record as self-starter with a high level of energy, with attention to detail and follow-up, with excellent computer and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and to maintain positive and professional relationships with management, staff, providers, patients, other departments, such as Compliance, Data Integrity Office, Primary Care Network.
