Remote administrative assistant

Responsibilities:

• Filing reports and other records.


• Handling correspondence.


• Managing schedules and agendas.


• Operating a PC, printer, and fax machine.


• Speaking on the phone to customers, employers, and others.


• Answer questions about company policies and procedures.


• Perform basic bookkeeping activities.


• Communicate with vendors and purchasing agents.


• Perform payroll transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.80 per hour
