Job Description
As the Activities Supervisor for Westgate Resorts, you will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive recreation programs and special events at resort. We are looking for a passionate, task-focused leader who has what it takes to be successful! Do you have what it takes? Apply now!
As an Activities Supervisor, you will:
- Responsible for communicating and working with Westgate vendors such as Resort Recreation and Tourism Management (RR & TM), Hair Rope, Scuba, Tennis, Caricature Artists, etc. In order to facilitate products and services for Activities/ Events.
- Coordinate activity and special event programs using themed concepts.
- Assist in set-up and brake down for special events.
- Organize and update department files.
- Plan parties for owners, guests, and team members.
- Formulate an environment, which will increase team member moral, motivation, and promote team spirit.
- Team leader for Activities Department regarding resort service standards.
- Contact person for contractors regarding repairs and replacement of recreational courts, playground, dock, fitness center, etc.
- Ability to design, create and upkeep decorations.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
