Description

We're looking for aRemote Customer Care Representative, working inBPOindustry inQuincy, Massachusetts, United States.

+ Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls with outstanding customer service satisfaction

+ Answering questions from customers and addressing concerns

+ Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

+ Handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

Experience Required for Your Success

+ High School diploma or GED

+ At least 1 year of experience working with customers in a phone-based role

+ General knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic typing skills

+ Proven customer specialist experience

+ Must have a reliable internet connection
