Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Heart Unit Registered Nurse for a period of one to three years is desirable for this position
• Additional qualifications are a must for this job opening
• Proficiency with computers and software is no longer a luxury, but an essential skill in today's workplace
• This job necessitates an individual to remain in a fixed position for extended periods. Apart from that, the job requires individuals to be able to move about freely. Furthermore, individuals must be physically capable of moving heavy equipment weighing between 50 to 100 pounds for the job. The position also involves individuals to push, pull and bend while completing various tasks.
• Works in tandem with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care.
• Ensures effective teamwork and communication among healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitors patients' responses to medical interventions and reports the outcomes to doctors.
• Executes medication instructions with accuracy and proficiency while maintaining proper documentation.
• Conducts pre-procedural assessments, as well as identifies and documents abnormalities, ensuring the appropriate action is taken in alignment with unit policies.
• Team members are required to share on-call duties, ensuring that someone is available with a 30-minute response time.
• Manages the cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms while also making sure there's enough supplies.
• Transfers patients as necessary to different locations.
• Performs supplemental tasks as directed.

Professionalism and a friendly demeanor facilitate productive teamwork and effective communication in a healthcare setting.
• Technical and Motor Proficiency - The ability to quickly grasp instructions, deftly handle equipment, exert necessary force while pushing/pulling equipment, and move about with ease when assisting with procedures or using department equipment.
• Work Ethics - The position requires the applicant to have a strong work ethic, being able to take ownership of tasks and executing them diligently. The applicant should be willing to put in the extra time and effort required to achieve the company's objectives, even if it means going beyond their regular work hours.
• An individual's ability to convey their thoughts, ideas, and emotions in a clear and concise manner is known as effective communication
