Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will work in close collaboration with various functions within our business including but not limited to operations, marketing and marketing analysts, credit analysts, and accounting.
You will support initiatives that drive growth and performance improvement and be responsible for accurate, timely, and insightful reporting of the Company's business and metrics.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying cost savings and cost synergies and support the Director and the SVP of Corporate FP&A in all aspects related to finance support of capital markets and M&A activities.

If you are a Financial Analyst with a proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders and working across all functions and geographies to support business growth, deliver insights and visibility into business results and financials, and developing processes and procedures this role is for you!

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with Corporate and Operational FP&A teams to drive standardization and consistency in planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Provide comprehensive and timely financial analysis and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare/produce rolling monthly forecasting and annual operating plans including full P&L's, cash flows, balance sheets, and supporting KPI's/metrics
  • Monitor the performance of the business, working closely with the business and cross functional teams to continuously improve, report and analyze KPIs/metrics
  • Drive cost saving and cost synergy initiatives
  • Ensure projects and plans are working towards achievement of the organization's financial goals
  • Act as a business partner and valued advisor/team member to all key business and functional leaders
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, strategy, and corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Experience in developing rolling forecasts, annual operating plans, monthly reporting and analytics, and KPI's/metrics that provide business insight
  • Experience in projecting balance sheets and cash flows
  • Experience with international businesses preferred
  • Experience with EPM and ERP systems such as Hyperion, HFM, Essbase, Oracle, OneStream, Dynamics, etc.
  • Experience with SQL or other data mining tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, ever changing, data intensive environment that requires all hands on deck
  • Exemplary communication skills capable of interpreting, synthesizing, and communicating with stakeholders and team members
  • Strong detail orientation with a demonstrated willingness to 'roll-up one's sleeves'
  • Highly analytical
  • Possess a proven record of professional excellence, collaborative attitude, and efficient achievement

Base Salary:
$75,000 - $125,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S.
average.
The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
