Works Plumbing in Pacifica, CA is looking to hire full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives. Are you great on the phone? This Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $25/hr. We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Sundays and no mandatory on-call. For those that would like to work on Saturdays, we offer an optional shift. We also offer medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, paid time off (PTO), and on-the-job training. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls and assist them with their plumbing needs and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
