Customer Service Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for administrative support functions to the Program Manager/ Managed Services.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinating customers service requirements with Program Manager – Managed Services and Technical Service Manager and or other departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.


• MS 80-1 for invoicing


• MS Scheduling Coordination


• Training Coordination


• MS Job pack preparation for invoicing- WO, PO, etc.


• MS ASC set up


• MS agreement/ contract tracking- ASC agreement and customer contact


• MS certifications- TXRRC


• MS AX hour review and comparison


• Customer Service administrative/clerical help

• Ability to present information in a way that reflects positively upon the organization


• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite


• Experience in Database Administration

• Ability to working calmly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

• Exceptional listening skills such that effective use of information that is “heard” is fully leveraged.


• Strong decision-making ability and close attention to detail
