Enterprise Marketing is responsible for driving income primarily through the planning and implementation of promotional efforts, supporting outside departments with marketing administration and fulfillment, and generating analysis to improve the company's marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- To support the Enterprise Marketing Department, and on occasion, the Hotel Marketing, Slot Marketing, Domestic Marketing, Nightlife, and Entertainment departments in the areas of budgeting, marketing lists segmentation, performance analysis, reporting, data modeling, revenue enhancement & data mining.
- Present information to senior staff and to provide strategy recommendations based upon analysis.
- Maintain ongoing key performance reporting as well as answering more difficult questions through advanced data mining techniques.
- Ad-hoc analysis or projects as requested.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, finance, or some other business related field).
- Two to three years in an analytical marketing role preferred.
- Minimum computer skills required include proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & MS Access.
- Comfort level with database querying tools such as SQL Server, Teradata SQL, MySQL, & VBA required.
- Previous experience with Patron and Opera preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail, curious, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal presentation skills with ability to present information in a logical and intuitive format.
- Self-motivated and able to plan, prioritize, resolve daily issues, and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously to meet project standards and deadlines under minimal supervision.
