Job Opening: Call Center Agent       

Hybrid Remote

Schedule:

Our Consumer Care Contact center is open seven days per week from

7am-8pm.

-             Each team member is scheduled five days per week, 40 hrs.

-             May have split days off, usually working one weekend day 

-             Expected to work some holidays

-             Required in person in office days on Tuesday, Wed, Thurs.

-             Remote work on Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat (may change)

-             Perm schedule will be given when out of training

-             Typical shifts are 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7 or 11-8

-             schedule may change based on the business needs

-             In peak season, March-Aug, we may have OT offerings

Training will be for 3 weeks

-             M- F, 8am -5pm

-             3 days in person in office- Tues, Wed, Thursday

Additional 2 weeks of nesting

-             M- F, 8am -5pm

-             3 days in person in office- Tues, Wed, Thursday

Coming out of nesting, will be hybrid for first 30-45 days- 3 days in office, Tues, Wed, Thursday

-             *Based on

performance, could go full remote after 30 days of training/nesting, 1 day in

office a month at min, there could be more than 1 a month for meetings.

Job Description

The primarily accountability of the Consumer Care Agent is to

offer outstanding service to consumers. It is the responsibility of the

Consumer Care Agent to be available, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Consumer Care Agents are the voice of the company. Consumer Care Agents are

responsible for assisting the call center in achieving/exceeding stated service

level goals. Our Consumer Care Contact center is open seven days per week from

7am-8pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•            Interact with customers via phone and email in a call center environment.

•            Listen to customer concerns and questions with the goal of identifying the causes of the situation.

•            Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and requests.

•            Process warranty replacements, orders, and returns.

•            Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

•            Answer inquiries about products, cooking, maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly.

•            Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive experience with every consumer.

•            Ability to perform under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Haves:

- Experience: 2+ years of customer service (i.e. Food Service,

Retail, Consumer Interaction, Apple Store, AT&T, Call Center)

- Familiar with Technical; smart devices, ios and androids,

computers, smart phones, and applications

- Web-based platforms, Microsoft Office Suite and any other

web-based software

- Strong written and verbal skills. Will need to have professional

grammar and writing skills.

- Candidates will need to have high-speed internet and a

professional home office setup to wfh.
