We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle problem solving tasks with a positive attitude. This position involves working at the front desk, answering phones, restocking and checking out customers, managing register transactions and deciding on which groceries should be put on sale.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate, fast, and friendly service over the phone, in person, and through email.
- Answer questions related to the company's products and services.
- Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
- Operate cash registers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 per hour
