Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for Director, Service Lines- Analytics & Project Management at  LifePoint Health located in Brentwood, TN

This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Brentwood, TN.

The Director, Service Lines- Analytics & Project Management is responsible for successfully leading large complex projects and/or programs of significant strategic importance to the organization.  The successful Director  will exhibit strong leadership qualities, a high degree of Emotional Intelligence, business savvy and solid Project Management technical skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists Business Owners and associated teams in the development of a thorough business case for service line growth, de novo opportunities, quality improvements, and operations improvements
  • Works closely with the Service Line President and VPs to ensure successful initiation, planning, execution and closure of all projects and programs
  • Builds and grows relationships with key stakeholders and business owners throughout the organization.
  • Possess a keen understanding of the business benefit for their assigned projects and programs; making recommendations regarding decisions to maximize the expected benefits.
  • Provides input and guidance to Business Owners on ways in which they can measure the realized benefits of their assigned projects.
  • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, schedule, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business; coordinate with VPs to create an overall program schedule / plan.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 7 years of experience
