Job Description
We are hiring a Guest Relations Coordinator for an area hospital. This is a temp to perm, full-time position that pay $13.00 per hour depending on experience. As our Guest Relations Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing patient and visitor flow throughout the registration and information processes. You will work closely with other inpatient and outpatient departments to ensure patients are directed to appropriate areas. Your schedule will be 5:30am-6pm and you will be required to work some weekends.
Your duties as Guest Relations Coordinator will include but not be limited to the following:
� Enter patients into tracking system and monitor schedules
� Serve as a liaison between the transfer center and other departments
� Determine priorities of workload
� Work with patients to troubleshoot concerns to resolve issues
� Ensure all concerns are communicated to supervisors
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following:
� High School diploma or equivalent
� 1-3 years of experience in the medical field
� Ability to sit for long periods
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Excellent computer skills
� Ability to provide all required immunization records
� Ability to pass drug testing and a background check
