The role of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Birch Medical is instrumental in redefining healthcare. Our NPs provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in the communities we serve. The position supports the organizational priorities and goals associated with providing access to care for patients in a new way, delivering cost-effective, timely health care services for patients, and ensuring that medical care provided to patients is consistent with our standard of quality.
This telehealth position allows you to conveniently and safely work from home.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Assist with patient Follow Up Phone Calls post-MRI scan
Assist with possible claustrophobic patient sedative requests
Assist with possible specialist referrals
Assist with patient MRI Referrals at Prenuvo MRI
Other services as requested and as related to the MRI process
Requirements:
Must have valid DEA Number in New York to prescribe Ativan (SCHEDULE 4)
Must have a valid New York State NP License. Priority will be given to NPs with multiple state NP Licenses.
Minimum three years of NP experience
