Senior SharePoint Developer - Remote

Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a skilled and cleared SharePoint Developer (Remote) to join a development team supporting both O&M and projects. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service on SharePoint issues and requests, as well as work with other team members to develop new solutions.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct customer support for O&M requests

  • Application design, construction, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

  • Architect and design web-based applications for integration with other applications.

  • Define technical approach to meet product performance, scalability, and security goals.

  • Work closely with technical staff such as Database Engineers, Systems Analyst, etc.


  • Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance;

  • 3+ years dedicated experience as a SharePoint Developer

  • Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software

  • Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Algorithm Design, Software

  • Performance Tuning, Software Architecture, Coaching

  • Proven ability with Office 365 / SharePoint Online, Web parts, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Web services, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint features, Visual Studio, BDC/BCS

  • Must have hands-on working knowledge of the configuration and setting for SharePoint WebParts, especially in the areas of List Filters, WebPart Filters, Search and Data Connections.

  • Must have hands-on working knowledge of XSLT and how it relates to SharePoint specifically when it comes to ItemStyles, HeaderStyles, DataViews and Content Query WebParts.

  • Experience with jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, PowerApps, PowerAutomate

  • Must have working knowledge of consuming Web Services using SOAP, REST, JSON

  • Experience utilizing Agile Development Methodology and Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Working knowledge of C#.Net or VB.Net, SharePoint Object Model, Web Services, XML

  • Working knowledge of interoperability with Office 2010 and Office 2013 products.

  • Knowledge of Section 508 Compliance Standards

  • Experience with Okta a plus

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
