A manufacturer of finished lubricants for a variety of applications including the automotive and industrial markets. Current customers include all Asian and domestic OEMs for both service and/or factory fill lubricants. Essential Job Functions


Coordinate sales team activities and manage each sales associate's activities targeting the overall growth of Industrial products sales.


Foster strong inter-company relationships and build a culture of teamwork. Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.


Manage assigned sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth under the guidance of the Director of Industrial Sales and Engineering. Achieve sales targets by monitoring applicable team's progress and provide clearly defined goals, inspiration, coaching, and accurate and timely feedback.


Maintain division associates job results by leading, coaching and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.


Develop the team, identify problems and opportunities among the sales associates and propose improvements, new hires, and best structure to serve our customers.


Proposes and implements different methods and systems in daily operations, without being confined to the current system.


Assist in management of department's product portfolio.


Train and instruct team members with due consideration for their individual abilities and aptitudes.


Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

1-3 years Sales Team Management


4 years Power Generation Industry


7 years Industrial Markets


Able to use computers at a high level with capability in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP software (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and email (Outlook). Overall strong PC skills.


Very strong written & verbal communication skills. Able to communicate professionally to internal and external shareholders, including c-level executives. Talented public speaker and listener. Great presentation skills. Capable to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.


Expert product knowledge with stationary gas engine oils, special greases, hydraulic oils, compressor oils, high temperature chain oils, turbine oils, process oils, specialty products, wind turbine lubricants, heat transfer oils, quench oils, cleaners, metalworking oil (MWO), seal oils, and maintenance and rest preventative oils (MRO).


Able to process information logically and understand and follow ethical business practices.


Leadership DNA, inspirational attitude, strong marketing knowledge, problem analysis and solution capability, planning and organizing skills, and ability to respectfully express opinions to management.


Advanced sales tools knowledge. Able to plan and formulate sales strategies and promote community-based sales. Able to make comprehensive proposals to customers in formulated sales strategies.
