Your Job:
In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Sr Client Technology Tech delivers technical solutions that incorporate a total systems' perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components.
Your Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience using and administrating Airwatch would be required
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Apple devices would be required
- ACMT or ACSA certifications preferred
- 1-2 years of Epic experience in any of the following roles would be preferred:
- Haiku
- Canto
- Rover administration
- 1-2 years of experience with Cisco Collaboration products:
- Cisco Jabber
- Cisco Unified Communication IM & Presence
Your Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all the daily operations of the of Airwatch and Epic mobile devices
- Manage help desk tickets as well as work requests on the Epic mobile devices
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
- Be accountable for your performance
- Take initiative for your professional growth
