Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity at our offices in Inver Grove Heights, MN. We are looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler to collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Global Operations, and the Supply Chain team to ensure stock availability, maintain production schedules, monitor warehouse capacity and managing transportation assets for the last mile fleet.

Prefer position is located in Inver Grove Heights, MN and works a hybrid schedule however can be remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage reschedules and inventory utilization levels across Crop Protection Warehouses


• Monitor inventory levels in various US locations for warehouse and transload locations


• Schedule and approve stock transfers when necessary to meet customer demand


• Report on Shelf Life Inventory in coordination with Sales and Operations Planning


• Team Work on and support cross-functional teams to meet customer demands


• Weekly reporting on inventory levels, supply performance and delivery performance


• Conduct research on transportation methods, fleet optimization and schedule optimization


• Develop programs to audit and monitor supply chain performance


• Enhance delivery execution by avoiding runouts


• Maintain customer and supplier relationships


• Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Procurement


• High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related program or equivalent experience


• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Strong problem solving skills


• Self-motivated with the ability to function in a team-oriented environment
