Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with Uline business leaders to define and build new creative solutions for a growing organization.
Define and document improvements and solutions to modernize software applications.
Transition business requirements into feature maps and project backlogs required to define the scope of application development efforts.
Author user stories and lead backlog grooming sessions.
Collaborate with departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.
Participate in implementation planning and?release plan / sprint scheduling.
Lead early stage / low fidelity UI / UX design.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
Experience writing and executing SQL statements preferred.
