Description

Throughout stabilization of the Genesis program, this role will drive break-fix and high priority change request issues to conclusion. This person will facilitate cross functional meetings where problem solving (business requirements and solution design) and follow up can take place to solve complex issues, and then follow up. They will ensure proper representation at meetings so COE's time is used efficiently and track open action items and follow up with IS and the various COEs to conclusion . They will consolidate escalated issues to a tracker that can be used for divisional and leadership updates and track stabilization metrics to identify opportunities to move to business as usual.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other field of study or equivalent educ/experience
  • 5 years working as a project or program manager in a highly complex organization
  • Experience with complex data interpretation, presentation creation and delivery to small and large groups
  • Experience in facilitation, leading discernment amongst cross functional teams and navigating differing opinions
  • 2 yearsResource Capacity Planning

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification upon request
  • 3 years experience with ERP systems
  • Human Resource experience
  • Experience with patient experience metrics, measurement and tools (Press Ganey)
