Job Description

Onboarding Coordinator will work with our new Wealth Management field employees and Region Leadership teams during the prehire and onboarding phases of the new hire process. Responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative, operational and support services, which includes communications to clients. Part of this process will be to stay in close contact with the new team members to assist them during their transition. They are also responsible for working with the Region and Division leaders with regard to relationship preservation. In addition, they may travel to onboard a new employee or help transition that practice to US Bancorp. May travel up to 25% of time.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least five years of customer service experience
* At least five years of industry experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* FINRA Series 6/63
* Thorough knowledge of Onboarding philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
* Advanced knowledge of products and services
* Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in the financial services industry preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.68 - $29.35
