  • Connect with customers via phone and email
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues
  • Respond to request for assistance
  • Document interactions and follow-up

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year in 1 Job, preferably in customer service environment
  • Reliable Attendance
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Hardwired Internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download
  • Secure, private work area at home
  • Flexibility in schedule availability
