SALARY: $88,400 - $99,450
ROLE SUMMARY:
The People Business Services team is dedicated navigating the complex world of Human Resources Support. The Learning and Development (L&D) group partners with the People team on the planning and execution of learning opportunities for Leadership, Supply, Compliance and Corporate Functions. We serve as strategic partners as well as behind the scenes support for all L&D activations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop and manage the Annual Learning Plan in partnership with the People team.
Tactical execution of all activities and processes associated with the annual learning plan alongside our GCC support team in India.
Support business leaders by identifying training needs and providing holistic solutions to close capability gaps and promote employee engagement.
Partner with internal subject-matter experts and external content development team to ensure the design, development, and deployment of robust and sustainable learning programs
Demonstrate knowledge of cutting-edge, nimble, just-in-time tools to support dynamic business needs.
Define metrics for successful evaluation of programs including participant learning objectives, relevant business drivers, and overall training experience.
Collaborate with team members and leadership on continuous improvement projects to advance partnerships and ways of working.
Strong focus on utilizing or even improving technology/systems to provide a good end user experience and accurate data to the team.
Drive accountability for accuracy and timeliness for system maintenance routines, reporting, budgets, and special projects.
Lead annual audit of the L&D support materials including SOPs, training resources, ticketing structure, etc.
Provide in depth systems training to all stakeholders including L&D Ops Team and BPMCs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree or higher
1-5 years of HR experience, Learning & Development, or business-related field
Outstanding communicator with strong influence skills & ability to build trusting relationships.
Excellent technical ability (Microsoft office suite and various Learning platforms, including Workday)
Excellent organizational skills and abilities.
Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources.
Confidence and strong personal presence - you shake up the status quo, while gaining the respect of both peers and senior management
Proven strategic thinker skilled at solving complex business problems.
Acts like an owner with entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
