Our client is a small but growing Manufacturing company that is adding additional headcount to their accounting team. They are in high growth mode and looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset who are motivated! If you are interested, please apply to the Senior Corporate Accountant - Manufacturing opening based near Wellesley. This position will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week on site.

The Senior Corporate Accountant - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing monthly journal entries primarily related to accruals, leases (under ASC 842) and other current liabilities
• Preparing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring that reconciling items are documented and resolved in a timely manner
• Providing accounting support in assigned areas for the company and its subsidiaries; manage the flow of accounting data and assist with intercompany entries
• Assisting in ERP transactional processing, data management activities, Business Intelligence analysis, reporting, and updating of other systems utilized by the Accounting & Finance team.
• Assisting with balance sheet flux analysis
• Establishing relationships with business partners to understand transaction flows and fluctuations
• Performing ad-hoc analyses and assisting with accounting projects on an as-needed basis
• Assisting with financial audits
• Assisting in documenting, performing and monitoring of internal controls
• Ensuring all accounting tasks are performed according to US GAAP

The ideal Senior Corporate Accountant - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• 3 - 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA a plus
• MBA a plus
• Public Accounting experience a plus
• Ability to independently prioritize time, staying organized in a dynamic work environment
• Advanced Excel experience
• Experience with SAP

The Senior Corporate Accountant - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following:

• Base salary of $80,000-$110,000
