They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping & helping with the business running smoothly. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

We are looking for a BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) Office Administrator to help support our busy office. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, possess strong organizational and clerical skills, and be highly professional. Overseeing the daily operations of our business, this position will be responsible for providing support to both our accounting department and feild supervisor for property management needs, creating reports learning to opporarite in our appfolio software, and assisting our team with administrative duties.


  • Be able to typeset and edit documents.
  • Be able to handle multiple incoming requests, prioritize them, and schedule them.
  • Be able to proofread and check for spelling errors.
  • Be able to prepare accurate spreadsheets.
  • Be able to create mailing labels.
  • All of the above.


Strong prefitiancy in MS office Suite | Strong phone and email communication | Some bookeeping / Excel Experience appreciated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
