Responsibilities include:
- Patient Care – assisting with personal hygiene, ambulating, eating, dressing, shaving, and physical transfer
- Charting and reporting patient's condition and care provided
- Household duties when required
We are seeking qualified individuals with these requirements:
- Seeking Certified HHAs or PCAs
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and care for the physical demands of caring for a patient
- Demonstrates a commitment to customer service and quality care
- Exhibits positive interpersonal verbal and written skills
- Reliable transportation as traveling locally is required
- Proof of valid driver’s license, auto insurance and registration desirable!
- Subject to Criminal History Background Check and Drug screening
- Training Available
