Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidates who have previously worked as a Telemetry Monitoring Specialist for one to three years are strongly preferred
• This position may demand other certifications as well
• Proficiency with computers and software is no longer a luxury, but an essential skill in today's workplace
• Individuals holding this position must have the physical ability to stay still for extended periods as well as move around. In addition, the job necessitates individuals to move equipment weighing between 50 to 100 pounds and push, pull, and bend to complete various tasks. There may be additional job duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below.
• Coordinates and communicates with physicians and other healthcare staff for streamlined care delivery.
• Plays a key role in coordinating patient care efforts with other members of the healthcare team.
• Monitors patients' responses to medical interventions and reports the outcomes to doctors.
• Ensures that medication is administered as ordered and accurately documents the process.
• Keeps a watchful eye on patients undergoing treatment and provides constant support, ensuring that they receive high-quality care.
• The on-call duties entail a shared responsibility between individuals with a required response time of no more than half an hour.
• Manages the cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms while also making sure there's enough supplies.
• Assists patients during transportation for their safety and comfort.
• Takes on other responsibilities as needed.
