Recruiter for Trade School. Responsibilities would include:
(i) recruiting students;
(ii) interviewing, evaluating and testing candidates;
(iii) soliciting inquiries via telephone, Internet, mail and in person;
(iv) overseeing social media and digital marketing; and
(v) identifying and attending local job fairs and high schools.
It is a noble career helping young adults build life-long careers. The ideal candidate will have:
(i) strong interpersonal skills;
(ii) high energy;
(iii) multi-tasking capabilities;
(iv) self-motivation;
(v) integrity and honesty;
(vi) intelligence;
(vii) knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media and computers in general;
(viii) openness to learn new skills;
(ix) an interest in the education industry; and
(x) passion for helping people. Sales experience is required; but recruiting experience is not essential.
