We are currently looking to fill an Entry-Level Sales Management position within our company. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, well established with a solid business and marketing model, looking to expand within the MA area over the next 1-2 years. We only promote from within, and it is based on personal performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive and encouraging work environment.

To be successful in this position:
-Complete all tasks/appointments which typically takes 40 hours per week
-Open and flexible schedules. Evening appointments typically occur 4-5 nights per week
-Must have your own Windows 10 Laptop or PC - No Apple Macs, Notebook or ChromeBook are capable
-Must have Smartphone
Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are available. First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k respectively. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career.
